Birthday #3, Part 1

Due to scheduling constraints, we had Mikayla's birthday party tonight, even though her birthday is over a week away. She had an M & M theme, and everything was so cute and easy!
We got the cupcake idea from American Girl magazing. We divided the white cake batter into 4 bowls, each a different color, and put a spoonful of each in each cup (or until we ran out). They look so fun!

M & M Twister
M & M colored fruits and veggies--they were a hit!

Pretty creative and really doesn't look that hard to put together even though I'm sure it took work. Making memories:)

It took hardly any work at all! That's what I liked so much about it. :D And Mikayla did a lot of it.,too.

cute! A teacher across the hall from me has an M&M theme in her classroom..so cute! I love those things!!
I didn't realize you had one so close in age to my Molly. She was 12 in August. We really should get together for lunch one Saturday, or something and bring the girls. It's not like we live that far apart!!

I love it! She's even wearing an m&m t-shirt! I was thinking, "Whoa! Mikayla's 12!" Then, I realized Angela's 11, so yeah, that makes sense! It's weird how you expect them to stay the same size and age when you don't see them regularly!!!
