Carter's okay!
I just talked to Mike on the phone--he said they did Carter's surgery as soon as they got there last night, and he is doing great. His knee cap was broken into 4 pieces, and they got them all back together, there were no further injuries, and they can start working on flying back home as soon as Wednesday!!! I'm so relieved. Praise the Lord!

Kecia, I don't know if you will be able to access your blog during your trip home. I heard about the delay on the way back. Please let me know when you get back.
