On Monday morning we got up early again and took the bus to the Magic Kingdom. Again, we got there before opening. They do a pre-show welcome thingy at the front gate, then throw fairy dust on everyone and open the gates!

Now I've got her right where I want her!
Tom Sawyer's Island (that was my favorite part of Disneyland when I was Mikayla's age!)
That night we rode the monorail to the Polynesian Resort for supper at Ohana. It was fun and delicious! We all loved it. They served us family-style, in courses--salad, noodles with brocolli, dumplings, pork/turkey/shrimp/steak off the grill, banana/coconut bread pudding which I loved--mmm. And this guy went around playing his ukelele and playing games with the kids. Here he is telling Mikayla "Happy Birthday" and singing to her.
They also made a parade, and did the limbo. It was great.
Then we rode the monorail back to the Magic Kingdom, squeezed our way into a bunch of teenagers from Argentina who were in the middle of the circle in front of the castle, and watched the fireworks show "Wishes." I loved it almost as much as Fantasmic! It was truly magical.
