Pictures--Thanksgiving and before

So Mikayla was giving Rebecca a ride in the wheelbarrow (and Polly may have been in there, too) and of course she tumbled out just as I snapped the picture. Kind of like when she got hit in the head with the swing in Conway.

Is Mike painting? Or putting up Christmas lights to get a little head start?!

She obviously wasn't hurt too badly!

Reading

In 3 days, Rebecca went from this...

To this!

We read this book, then took a leaf walk and made our own leaf pictures between wax paper. I LOVE how they turned out! This is Rebecca's turkey.

(*by the way...the girls have their own blog now, for those who want to see their writings & projects. If you want me to send you the link, email me!)

Thanksgiving! Gran and Rebecca are crumbling cornbread for the dressing.

We all "chose up partners and took naps" after our feast.

Then we watched the Walton's Thanksgiving episode and played Apples to Apples before settling down for the ut/A & M football game. Gig 'em, Aggies!!
