Saturday morning we got up early and drove to a neighborhood called South Linden to do some weeding, trash pick-up, and planting. We worked hard and got a lot done--and got so hot and tired! So after lunch at Raising Cane's by OSU, we spent the afternoon at the hotel letting Rebecca swim and everyone rest a little. Here are some pictures of the work we did!

That night we ate supper at the Spaghetti Warehouse, then went to worship at Veritas again.
It was really good. SBC President Ronnie Floyd spoke, and NAMB president Kevin Ezell. That was cool!
That night we heard that there had been a quadruple homicide in the neighborhood we were working in that morning--probably about a mile from where we were. Pretty sobering!
